How do I apply for Medicare?
Utah does not provide a Consumer Assistance Program through HealthCare.gov. You will need to contact the Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIP) to sign up for Medicare. The Medicare program will vary based on a variety of information that determines what you will officially qualify for in Utah. Each plan has a different scope of services and patients may be required to pay a co-payment for different services.
